INSTRUCTIONS

Cookie Mix
• Retrieve from your fridge 3 Tbsp softened unsalted butter and 1 egg.
• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Combine cookie mix, butter, and egg in a bowl.
• Mix and knead until dough forms.
• On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to ¼-½" thickness using a lightly floured rolling pin.
• Using the cookie cutter, stamp out cookies.
• Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking tray.
• Bake for 8-10 minutes.
• Remove from oven and let cool.
• Once cool, top the cookies with frosting.

Frosting Mix
• Retrieve from your fridge 1 oz softened cream cheese and 1 Tbsp softened unsalted butter.
• Combine frosting mix, cream cheese, and butter in a bowl.
• Mix well until light and fluffy.
