Serve up some enticing entrées with our brisket-and cheddar cheese-stuffed chicken breasts. Made completely by hand, each mesquite chicken breast is stuffed with premium BBQ brisket and cheddar cheese. To make sure they're even more delicious, we've wrapped each one in hickory-smoked bacon for an extra kick of flavor.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Keep frozen until ready to use. May be frozen up to 4 months without any loss of taste or texture. To thaw, place entire package on a plate in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours before cooking.
Oven
• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Place in a roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil.
• Bake 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
• Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
Grill
• Cook 5 minutes on each side over high heat.
• Reduce heat to low and cook an additional 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
