This recipe is perfect for a luxurious breakfast or a delicious brunch spread to share with your friends and family. Soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside, and loaded with peaches, these waffles will have everyone asking for seconds and thirds.

Ingredients

  • Homemade or 1 pkg. waffle mix
  • 2 fresh peaches, thinly sliced
  • Whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 Tbsp powdered sugar, plus more for finishing
  • Maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Make your waffles and place on a plate in a warm oven.
  2. Pour whipping cream into a mixing bowl, then add vanilla and powdered sugar. Whip until soft peaks form.
  3. Place waffles on a serving plate and top them with peaches, cream and pistachios.
  4. If desired, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with maple syrup.
